Romain Bouveroux is the Founder & Managing Partner of Northvale Advisory, an independent venture advisory practice focused on helping entrepreneurs turn business ideas into structured, launch-ready companies.

His approach to venture building comes from hands-on entrepreneurial experience — developing brands, building service businesses, designing digital infrastructure, implementing booking and operational systems, and navigating the realities of bringing new ventures to market.

Rather than approaching business creation purely from theory, Romain founded Northvale around a practical principle: a strong idea becomes a business only when positioning, economics, infrastructure, acquisition and execution work together.

An operator's perspective

Before Northvale, Romain developed and operated ventures across consumer brands and local service businesses. These experiences shaped the methodology now used at Northvale: validate first, structure carefully, build deliberately, and only then bring the venture to market.

Northvale was created for entrepreneurs who have the ambition and resources to build a business, but want an experienced operator alongside them to structure the path from idea to launch.
